A/S is a privately owned contract research laboratory accredited
by DANAK for the purpose of carrying out research and biological
testing on products for the chemical, pharmaceutical and medical
device industries.
Scantox's product testing
programme includes: drugs, veterinary drugs, medical devices,
industrial and household chemicals, food and feed additives.
The studies performed at
Scantox form part of risk assessments on new products in addition
to evaluations of systemic effects, sensitisition, genetic damage,
induction of cancer and induction of birth defects. |
