WILCO AG’s newest development allows for non-destructive, in-line headspace analysis on glass vials, ampoules and syringes. A laser absorption technology measures partial oxygen pressure increase and absolute pressure inside the filled and sealed containers.

WILCO AG’s complete line of leak detection equipment includes further a patented vacuum based system for pharmaceutical products filled entirely or partly with liquid. Combined with pressure and vacuum decay, force sensor technology for flexible products, ultrasonic and helium detection systems, WILCO AG provides solutions for all applications. The various technologies are implemented into either fully automatic, 100% in-line environments or offline, for statistical purposes.

Various technologies can also be integrated into a common machine platform, allowing for several tests within one machine.

All systems follow strict GAMP guidelines and FDA regulations, such as 21 CFR part 11. All necessary qualification paperwork will be supplied.
