Venue
The Exhibition will
take place at the Schæffergården Conference Centre, in the halls adjacent to the conference
auditorium.
Duration
The exhibition will be open
from Tuesday, 6 May 2008, at 10.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs. and on Wednesday 7 May 2008
from 10.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs concurrently with the conference. These times are
approximate and are subject to change.
Access to
Stands
The exhibition stands will be
accessible for decoration from Monday 5 May from 12.00 hrs.
currently as the stands are being constructed. All exhibition stands
are accessible from Tuesday, 6 May at 7.00 hrs.
Language
All related
documentation related to the Exhibition and the Conference (i.e. the
presented papers contained in the conference proceedings) will be in
English.
Exhibition Stand
Information

The
materials provided are:

-
Shell stands with 3 walls 220 cm high. Widths: back wall 180
cms, side walls 120 cms and 60 cm. (Please see the
sketch). The back wall
may in part (120 cm) consist of drapings with a steelbar at
the top for hanging support, max. 10 kg. Behind the draping
there will be space available for storage, triangular:
60X120 cm. Drapings are available on request.

1 overhead
panel displaying your company name (designed by the
Organisers) measuring 183 cms x 30 cms.
- 1
fluorescent overhead lamp.
- 1
electrical outlet: 220 V, 50 Hz. available on request.
- 1 table
120 cms x 60 cms x 70 cms high, with tablecloth. The
space under the table may be used for storage.
- 2 chairs.
Water or
compressed air cannot be made available at the stand.
Note that the
two side walls may be inverted (mirrored).

What the
Exhibition Stand Fee Includes
- One shell stand
with a sign stating the exhibiting company’s name.
- A 50% reduction on
the registration fee (i.e. DKK 3.750/ Euro 528) for stand
personnel only participating in the exhibition.
- A 25% reduction on
the registration fee (i.e. DKK 6.155 / Euro 866) for stand
personnel who also wish to participate in the conference.
- An insertion into
the Conference Proceedings, of a one sheet A4 advertissement/brochure, or
alternatively, a one sheet/2 pages A4 black and white advertisement
printed by the Organisers from "ready to print"
material..
- Inclusion in the
Exhibitors’ Directory and on
www.hexagon.dk of the Conference Proceedings and on
www.hexagon.dk detailing
the company profile, address, telephone and
fax numbers, E-mail and internet addresses, name and photograph
of the contact person or representative at the exhibition stand
and a description of the products/services provided by your
company.
- A reciprocal link between the
Exhibitor's web-site and the Pharmaceutical and Medical Packaging Exhibition.
The Pharmaceutical and Medical Plastics Exhibition website will include all the information
presented in the proceedings, see above, including an active link
to the Exhibitor's web-site. The Exhibitor's website should include,
as a minimum, information that the exhibitor will be exhibiting at
PMP 2007.
- Free admission
with permission to
invite pre-registered guests to visit the
exhibition, Free of charge visitor
registration.
- Meeting rooms for private meetings free of
charge - first come, first served.
Hotel accommodation is not included in the fee - (see Registration
Form).

As an alternative to exhibiting,

How to
Register
Simply complete the Stand Application
Form included and click on the Submit Registration button. For
multiple registrations, please complete a Form for each
participant. Registrations will be
acknowledged with detailed information and registration fees
will be invoiced accordingly.
Refunds/Cancellations
Fees will be refunded if
cancellation in writing is received before Friday, 21 March 2008, while a 20%
service charge will be levied. No refunds will be made after Wednesday 21
March 2008. Substitutions may be
made at any time. Amendments to hotel reservations are subject
to a DKK 200 / Euro 28 handling fee per reservation change.
