How to register

Simply complete the form and submit. Please send ONE form for each person attending.

 

The Exhibition Fee Includes

One shell stand, reduced rates offered to personnel from the exhibiting company, the insert of an A4 advertisement or brochure into the Conference Proceedings. Listing in the Exhibitors' Directory, of the Conference Proceedings and published on the website of the Exhibition. A reciprocal link between the relevant pages of the Conference Organiser’s and the exhibitor’s websites.

 

Refreshments and lunches throughout the event are also included.

 

Cancellations

Substitutes are permissible at any time. Fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing before Friday 23 March 2007, but subject to a 20% service charge. No refunds will be made after Friday 23 March 2007. Changes in hotel reservations are subject to a DKK 200/Euro 28 handling fee per reservation change.
