Biography

Henning Falck - My basic education is as electrician back in 1983. After my basic education I build on extra training in electronics as well as basic economics and management/corporation. My knowledge in to EDP, was in the start 80th, where I worked with computer controlled ventilation. 86-89 I worked in programming and servicing the first computer based labeling systems.  89-92 I worked in sales of computer based post handling systems. In the period from 92-95 I build op a division of Facit, where we focused on the industrial marked and the use of bar code controlled systems. We made label systems as well as selling the hardware to our solutions. In 96 I was one of the founders of the company IBS A/S. In IBS we are focused on developing solutions to the industry in label and warehousing systems as well as hardware for this. My functions are mainly project management and solution design.

Dr. Morten Meldgaard is Project Director at Chr. Hansen A/S

After his master degree in chemical engineering he studied genetic engineering and protein chemistry at Carlsberg Research Laboratory, Copenhagen, Denmark. In 1995 he recieved his PhD at Copenhagen University, Denmark. Since 1995 he has worked at Chr. Hansen A/S, first as a research chemist in Research & Development. From 2000 he has worked first as project manager and later as Project Director on various projects including implementation of a technical scale enzyme purification plant and various IT projects focused on product master data. In 2005 he obtained a Project Manager Professional certification from Project Management Institute.
