Sealed Air Nelipak® is a market leader in custom thermoformed packaging for medical devices. Using the most up to date equipment and software, the Nelipak® team are able to design, sample and manufacture blisters and trays to the highest standards. For medical device use, these products are usually made in Class 7 (10,000) clean rooms and in accordance with ISO 13485, for which Nelipak® sites in Europe are accredited.

In addition to medical blisters, Sealed Air Nelipak® also provide lidding materials (Tyvek® and medical papers) and a wide range of medical blister heat-sealing equipment. These are built to customer specification up to a maximum sealing area of 800 x 600 mm.

Sealed Air Nelipak® operates from sites in the Netherlands, which covers mainland Europe, in Ireland and in the US. The company also has dedicated sales offices in China, India and the UK. In Europe, it offers the broadest range of packaging capabilities of any device packaging supplier which include;

• Services – Validation, Contract assembly and packing and Campus type facilities (clean room rental etc)
• Equipment – Sealers, automation and customized handling equipment
• Packaging materials – Nelipak® blisters and trays, lidding, cartons, tubing and labels

In addition, Sealed Air’s medical device flexibles will be on display. Marketed under the Nexcel™ brand, these include thermoformable base webs for sealing to uncoated paper and Tyvek® and films for making pharmaceutical solutions bags and barrier materials for the manufacture of Ostomy pouches.
