Venue

The Exhibition will take place at the Schæffergården Conference Centre concurrent with the conference in the halls adjacent to the conference room.

Duration

The exhibition will open on Monday 1 October 2007 at 10.00 hrs and close on Thursday 4 October, 2007 at 12.00 hrs concurrently with the conference. These times are approximate and are subject to change.

Language

The event and all related documentation (e.g. the presented papers contained in the conference proceedings) will be in English.

Stand Information

 

The materials provided are:
  • Stand shell with 3 walls 220 cms high. Widths: back wall 180 cms, side walls: 120 cms and 60 cms. (Please see the sketch above).
  • 1 overhead panel displaying your company name (designed by the Conference Organisers) measuring 183 cms x 30 cms.
  • 1 fluorescent overhead lamp.
  • 1 electrical outlet: 220 V, 50 Hz. available.
  • 1 table 130 cms x 60 cms x 70 cms high, with tablecloth.
  • 2 chairs.

Compressed air and water will not be available at the stand.

Note that the two side walls may be inverted (mirrored).

Access to Stands

The stands will be accessible for dressing from Monday 1 October 2007 at 08.00 hrs.

What the Exhibition Fee Includes

  • The Exhibition Fee is DKK 11.000 / EUR 1.549
     
  • One shell stand stating the exhibiting company’s name.
  • Lunches and refreshments throughout the event.
  •  50% reduction on the registration fee (DKK 3.700 / EUR 521) for stand personnel and conference participants from the exhibiting company..
    • An insertion into the Conference Proceedings, of a one sheet A4 advertissement/brochure, or alternatively, a one sheet/1 page A4 black and white advertisement printed by the Conference Organisers from "ready to print" material.
    • Inclusion in the Exhibitors’ Directory and on www.hexagon.dk of the Conference Proceedings and on www.hexagon.dk detailing the company profile, address, telephone and fax numbers, E-mail and website addresses, name and photograph of the contact person or representative at the exhibition stand and a description of the products/services provided by your company.
    • A reciprocal link between the Exhibitor web-site and the web-site of the event "www.hexagon.dk" . The website will include all the information presented in the proceedings, see above, including an active link to the Exhibitor web-site. The Exhibitor website should include, as a minimum, information that the exhibitor will be exhibiting atthe event.
       
    • Permission to invite pre-registered guests, free of charge, to visit the exhibition
       
    • Meeting room at no extra cost.

    Advertising Opportunities

    As an alternative to exhibiting, the following advertising services are available:

    Wallet Service - an insertion of a leaflet in the delegates Conference Proceedings, for DKK 3.000 / Euro 422.

    Literature Stand - the display of brochures/literature on the literature stand for DKK 2.500 / Euro 352

Print, complete and fax the Registration Form to +45 33133859 or send an e-mail to hexagon@hexagon.dk. Please complete a Registration Form for each participant.

Registrations will be acknowledged with detailed information within 5 days and registration fees invoiced accordingly.

Refunds/Cancellations  

Substitutions are permissible at any time. Fees will be refundable if cancellation is received before Wednesday 15 Auvust 2007, but are subject to a 20% Service charge. No refunds will be made after Wednesday 15 August 2007
