Please accept this as your official invitation to attend the "Pharmaceutical and Medical Packaging 2012" European Conference and Exhibition, 1-2 May 2012.

The programme will feature 18 expert speakers from throughout Europe who will address a variety of highly stimulating issues on the following subjects:

Who should attend?

The programme is directed to those in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry who are involved in packaging and distribution; professionals who are responsible for the development of new products and their packaging and labelling, quality assurance and regulatory affairs managers, purchasing managers, production managers, GMP audits, supervisors and advisors from the public sector, as well as those in the packaging manufacturing industry.  

Language

The oral presentations at the conference and all related documentation (i.e. the presented papers contained in the conference proceedings binder) and CD'rom, will be in English.

Duration

The conference will commence on Tuesday, 1 May 2012 at 08.30 hrs (with registration prior to the conference commencing from 08.00 hrs) and will terminate on Wednesday, 2 May 2012 at 16.30 hrs.

Exhibition

To complement the conference programme, Pharmaceutical and Medical Packaging 2012 will feature an exhibition conveniently located adjacent to the conference room. The exhibition provides the delegates with the opportunity for "hands-on" inspection of materials and product samples. Suppliers' representatives and technical personnel will be present to answer questions and discuss product and equipment needs.

Guests may visit the exhibition free of charge by invitation from exhibitors and prior registration.

Accommodation

Accommodation at the Conference venue will be available on a first come, first served basis. The single room rate is DKK 1.050 / Euro 148  per night (including breakfast). Please state your requirements on the Registration Form if you wish to book a room.

Social Events

The conference dinner Monday, 1 May 2012 will be hosted at a select restaurant.

The Conference Registration Fee Includes:

Conference participation, admission to the exhibition, conference proceedings, lunches and refreshments. Accommodation is not included in the fee, but available at an advantageous rate.

Registrations will be acknowledged with detailed information and registration fees will be invoiced accordingly.

Refunds/Cancellations

Fees will be refunded if cancellation in writing is received before Thursday, 1 March, 2012, but a 20% service charge will be levied. No refunds will be made after Thursday, 1 March, 2012. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Changes to hotel reservations are subject to a DKK 200 / EUR 28 handling fee per reservation change.
