Sealed Air Medical Applications is a global specialist in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical packaging. Its Nexcel™ and Nelipak® brands offer superior performance in both flexible films and in custom thermoformed trays and blisters.

Nelipak® trays and blisters lead the way in custom thermoformed packaging for medical devices. Using the most up to date equipment and software, we are able to design, sample and manufacture blisters and trays to the highest standards. For medical device use, these products are usually made in Class 7 (10,000) cleanrooms and in accordance with ISO 13485, for which Sealed Air Nelipak® sites in Europe are accredited.

In addition to medical blisters, Sealed Air can also provide lidding materials (Tyvek® and medical papers) and a wide range of Nelipak® medical blister heat-sealing equipment which are built to customer specification up to a maximum sealing area of 800 x 600 mm.

Sealed Air offers Nelipak® and Nexcel™ products on a global basis with 6 manufacturing sites around the globe supporting a dedicated sales and logistics network from China and India in the East through Europe to both North and South America.

Sealed Air can offer the broadest range of packaging capabilities of any device packaging supplier which include;
