Please accept this as your official invitation to attend the "Drug Delivery Devices 2010" European Conference and Exhibition, 15-16 June 2010. ProgrammeThe programme will feature 21 expert speakers from throughout Europe and USA who will address a variety of highly stimulating issues on the subjects related to Drug Delivery Devices. Who should attend?The Drug Delivery Devices is directed to those in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry who are involved in packaging and distribution; professionals who are responsible for the development of new products and their design and functionality, all aspects to drug delivery devices, quality assurance and regulatory affairs managers, purchasing managers, production managers, GMP audits, supervisors and advisors from the public sector, as well as those in the packaging manufacturing industry. LanguageThe oral presentations at the conference and all related documentation (i.e. the presented papers contained in the conference proceedings binder) and CD'rom, will be in English. DurationThe conference will commence on Tuesday, 15 June 2010 at 08.30 hrs (with registration prior to the conference commencing from 08.00 hrs) and will terminate on Wednesday, 16 June 2010 at 16.30 hrs. ExhibitionTo complement the conference programme, Drug Delivery Devices 2010 will feature an exhibition conveniently located adjacent to the conference room. The exhibition provides the delegates with the opportunity for "hands-on" inspection of materials and product samples. Suppliers' representatives and technical personnel will be present to answer questions and discuss product and equipment needs. A plan of the exhibition area will be published in May 2010. Guests may visit the exhibition free of charge by invitation from exhibitors and prior registration. Travel directionsTravel direction will be announced later at www.hexagon.dk AccommodationAccommodation at the Conference venue will be available on a first come, first served basis. The single room rate is DKK 925 / Euro 130 per night (including breakfast). Please state your requirements on the Registration Form if you wish to book a room. Social EventsThe two dinners Monday and Tuesday evenings will be hosted at a select restaurant. The Conference Registration Fee Includes:Conference participation, admission to the exhibition, conference proceedings, lunches and refreshments. Accommodation is not included in the fee, but available at an advantageous rate. PricingMembers of a sponsoring, or an associated organisation may register at the discounted "member" rate. (Please remember to check the correct box on the Registration Form and state membership affiliation.)

Registrations will be acknowledged with detailed information and registration fees will be invoiced accordingly. Refunds/CancellationsFees will be refunded if cancellation in writing is received before Thursday 15 April, 2010, but a 20% service charge will be levied. No refunds will be made after Thursday 15 April, 2010. Substitutions may be made at any time.Changes to hotel reservations are subject to a DKK 200 / EUR 28 handling fee per reservation change.
