Venue

The Exhibition will take place at the Conference Centre, in the halls adjacent to the conference auditorium.

Duration

The exhibition will be open to visitors from Tuesday, 15 June 2010, at 10.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs and on Wednesday, 16 June 2010 from 10.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs concurrently with the conference. These times are approximate and are subject to change.

Access to Stands

The exhibition hall will be accessible for decoration from Monday 14 June 2009 from 18.00 hrs.
All exhibitions should be accessible to visitors from Tuesday, 15 June 2010 at 10.00 hrs.

Language

All related documentation related to the Exhibition and the Conference (i.e. the presented papers contained in the conference proceedings) will be in English.


The Exhibition Fee Includes

 

  • 1 table 120cm x 60cm x 70cm high, with white tablecloth.  The space under the table may be used for storage.
  • 2 chairs.
  • An insertion into the Conference Proceedings, of a one sheet A4 advertisement / brochure, or alternatively, a one sheet / 2 pages A4 black and white advertisement printed by the Organisers from "ready to print" material PDF file or at an additional fee a 4 colour advertisement one or two or four doges.
  • Inclusion in the Exhibitors' Directory and on www.hexagon.dk of the Conference Proceedings and on www.hexagon.dk detailing the company profile, address, telephone and fax numbers.  E-mail and internet addresses, name and photograph of the contact person or representative at the exhibition stand and a description of the products / services provided by your company.
  • A reciprocal link between the Exhibitor's web-site and the Medical Plastics 2010 Exhibition.

 

 

A plan of the exhibition area will be published in May 2010

 

The Drug Delivery Devices Exhibition website will include all the information presented in the proceedings, see above, including an active link to the Exhibitor's web-site. The Exhibitor's website should include, as a minimum, information that the exhibitor will be exhibiting at DDD 2010.

  • Permission to invite pre-registered guests to visit the exhibition, free of charge

Hotel accommodation is not included in the fee - (see Registration Form).

Advertising Opportunities

As an alternative to exhibiting, the following advertising services are available:

Wallet Service - an insertion of a leaflet in the delegates Conference Proceedings, for DKK 3.000 / € 422.

Literature Stand - the display of brochure/literature on the literature stand for DKK 2.500 / € 352.

How to Register

Simply complete the Registration Form Exhibitors (Printable) and send it to Hexagon by e-mail or by fax. For multiple registrations, please complete a Form for each participant. Registrations will be acknowledged with detailed information and registration fees will be invoiced accordingly.

Refunds/Cancellations  

Fees will be refunded if cancellation in writing is received before Thursday, 15 April 2010, while a 20% service charge will be levied. No refunds will be made after Thursday, 15 April 2009. Substitutions may be made at any time. Amendments to hotel reservations are subject to a DKK 200 / Euro 28 handling fee per reservation change.
